Received this item on time. Ordered 2, one for a gift and kept one. Have had so much fun already, Tap the middle flag thats attached to the timer to stop the timer. You have 7 seconds and a few in between the red, yellow, green light for the next person to go. The stakes hold well in the ground so there is no movement of the slide tarp piece. Have to adjust the hose however to keep the sprinkler water from going over the slide. Great fun for all ages--I am reaching 30 and my almost 9 year old and I have a blast!

A box of awesomeness!!
The kids really had a lot of fun with this. Worked great.
About what I expected
I give it 4 stars based on the ratio of fun:cost. I don't expect much when it comes to slip n' slides or any water toy, really. This was super cheap when I bought it and was worth it. The sliding mat is pretty narrow especially when it scrunches up after sliding down it once or twice. It's also not very long. (Good length for 3-6 yr olds.) You have to adjust where the water is spraying on the mat after every slide. The digital read-out is hard to see in direct sunlight. The blow-up arch isn't too bad but it had a little bit of a hard time staying straight up. That being said, the kids had fun with it and we've had worse slip n slides. The hose stayed in the connector w/o leaking/spraying out (unless it was pushed together too much). The bumper at the end was easy to fill up with water, as well as the base for the arch. The seams seem to have held together well. I wouldn't pay more than $10.
Popped the main vein before we ever got to use it
You would not imagine the look on a 5 year olds face when he is excited to play with his first slip n slide and then the main water line bursts as soon as the water is hooked up to it. We had to patch it and will try again another weekend, but it was very disappointing, otherwise it looks like it will be fun.
Check dimensions, the picture is misleading!
The width of the slide is actually VERY narrow which causes it to curl over on itself through the middle. Luckily, I bought it mostly for my three year old and his buddy so they still enjoy it. My older son made it his job to straighten the slide after each little boy ran down it. Being that I only paid $5 for it and they're still having fun, I won't complain too much!
The extras would have been nice...if they worked.
I bought this for my 6 year old son mostly because it was on sale at a really good price. I got this item for $5 at usdealmall.com and picked it up the same day at the store. The other reason I got this was that it had the electronic racing feature. You are supposed to be able to see how fast you slide (in seconds) and then try to beat your score. The problem is that no matter how fast my son slid through that thing, it never registered his speed. I either had to pull on the strips that hang down or hit the sensor as he went through. After reading other reviews on this item at other websites, I saw that this is a common complaint. As a slip-n-slide, it works just fine. In fact, my son had more fun just sliding around like you would on any ordinary slip-n-slide once I removed the inflatable finish line. If I had paid full price, I would have been very disappointed and probably would have returned it. Having only paid $5, I think it was worth keeping, even if the "cool" features don't work properly.
Not worth it!
We had three kids ages 4, 8 and 9 playing on it and they were supervised and going one at a time. They had fun for the 45 minutes it lasted before the entire end that holds the water to land in ripped at the seams, leaving it useless. I cannot believe we spent money on this.
Horrible & lasted like 1/2 the day
I know slip & slides are not the best and are not made to last long, but this one was HORRIBLE! It really lasted 1/2 the day...and it was only my 5 year old daughter using it. It is way too small for anyone bigger than that. The blow up arch with speed control - no point for this, just a speed bump. Where it is hooked up to the hose was broken apart within the first two slides and so I used duct tape there. However, the actual slip & slide part tore and a big hole emerged. Already in the landfill. DO not waste your money.
This product was poorly made. We bought it for my sons birthday party and the kids couldn't even use it for its intended purpose. The best part about it was the "sprinkler" part. The kids just ended up standing and playing with the water shooting up and out from the side of the slide.
The timer didn't work, the blow up Arch would not stand up. Ripped after a few slides down not worth the money
